Mohua is an experienced management professional with 20 years of successful corporate life. A Bachelor in Commerce, Master in Business Administration (Finance & HR) experienced in Operations, Business Development, HR along with Administration. She has worked with renowned Corporates and well known BFSIs like OTIS Elevator Ltd., Microsec Capital Ltd, Karvy Stock Broking Ltd, Fullerton Securities & Wealth Advisors Ltd (Temasek Holdings, Singapore) and handled different senior management profiles like Cluster & Retail Sales Head (East India) apart from HR & Admin Head.
Mohua is extremely passionate about animals and working as an animal activist too. She is the Founder of WildEarth Ventures and established this venture with the aim to explore animal world and forests more closely and also share the most eco-friendly & adventurous trip with more people at an affordable cost.
Diptya has completed the Hospitality Management Degree from International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) and Bachelor in Arts from University of West London (UWL from UK) as well. He is also an animal lover and animal volunteer. Although he works with a multinational company, he is associated with WildEarth Ventures as an important team member and advisor sharing his rich & true knowledge of hospitality management & client handling.

I recently had the pleasWILDEARure of visiting TADOBA ANDHERI TIGERS RESERVE with WILDEARTH VENTURES, cooardinated by Mrs. Mohua Chatterjee an enthusiast wildlife lover specially dedicated to observing , studying the behaviour and capturing pictures and videos of Tigers . I was really thrilled to find that Mohua ji not only referring tigers by their famous names but was also very much familiar with their areas of movement in jungles so had very good chances of seeing and capturing good pictures of Tigers in Tadoba forests. We took 5 safaris in three days and could find and capture through camera Tigers very conveniently. Our stay in Resort was exceedingly comfortable with sumptuous and remarcably tasty food . All the members of the group were profoundly affectionate, careing and keenly dedicated to wildlife adherence. It was my first group tour with WILDEARTH VENTURES but the three days experience was wonderful and unforgettable . The best part was that the tour very reasonably priced and absolutely no hidden cost. I will love to join more Group Tours with WILDEARTH VENTURES in future whenever dates accomodate me.

Had a wonderful trip to Tadoba and Pench with WildEarth Ventures.
Mohua is an excellent skipper and has a wealth of experience at Tiger safaris. She understands their behavior well and specially at Tadoba she knows the generations of the tigers and their nature. Now in the safaris what I liked the most is that the love is for wildlife as a whole and not only the "panthera" clan. My only group trip where I was allowed to shoot landscapes, insects and birds too. I loved the landscapes at Pench.
Loved the places where we stayed, with excellent hospitality, comfort topped with excellent culinary delights. In the whole, an excellent package of experience.
Mohua also had friendly guests as a part of the team and I enjoyed the overall team experience. It was great to know more about wildlife and more from some experienced folks. Looking forward to more trips with WildEarth Ventures and probably with the same group.

First trip in June’24 was thrilling every moment with sighting of the Tadoba tiger every safari … a total of 13 adults & 4 cubs.
Second trip in Oct’24 was a memory for lifetime. Trailing along with full grown tiger for 45 mins up & very close. A rarity !
Mohua's knowledge on Tigers is vast, stories are mesmerising & hospitality superb.

I had earlier not had an experience of a safari with wild life enthusiasts. This safari was truly unique because the group was highly enthusiastic with deep knowledge base & the same was true of Mahua, our tour leader. Right from detailed planning & excellent execution, not a minute was wasted towards the safari. Mahua's passion & enthusiasm was infectious & got us truly involved in experiencing & relishing every moment . Never before have I experienced such a wonderfully conducted safari. Trailing a tiger for 45 min is a very very rare event & had it not been for Mahua's perseverance & passion , we could have missed such an opportunity We look forward to joining her in future safaris with great enthusiasm. Excellent opportunity to visit the tiger reserves of central India. Wonderful resorts are arranged with very helpful guides for safaris and almost sure chance to see the big cat from close quarters. Superb for photographers too. Tailor made packages are arranged for a life time experience of wild life sighting and warm comfort of resort within the lap of nature.
This was a great Trip and I am ready for our next trip also.

Got unparalleled service and excellent guidance from WildEarth Venture.. Witnessed 7 star tigers and huge variety of wild animals in four safaris at Tadoba Andheri Tiger Reserve. Guidance & Tips of Mohua Chatterjee worked a lot. Transfers from Nagpur, Safari Booking at best zone & gates, Resort Stay all were well managed by the team.

Recently we had a nice trip under Wild Earth Ventures. Mohua Chatterjee. First of all, she guided us very efficiently with all arrangement from Nagpur-Nagpur with 4 safaris including stay and transportation from Nagpur. There was a very polite and punctual driver & caring staffs arranged by them.
We stayed at a resort nearby Kolara Gate. The staff and the host were caring. We sighted total 10 tigers. Overall the experience was nice for a small family trip

Our wild life six safaries to Nagpur Tadoba jungle conducted by Mohua ( WildEarth Ventures) was very successful ---- 12 tigers met us . Besides , Tent staying in resort & food was also very good. Overall ,the total natural atmosphere was very interesting & beautiful.our heartiest thanks and love to Mahuya. wish her best of luck for all success !
It was amazing 4 safari experience. We got to see Bela and her cubs, Veera and her Cubs, Kuwani and her cubs in the first 3 safaris.
Climax was the 4 th one
We saw this Bhanuskindi’s male cub who was sleeping at peace, we waited for around 2 hours to see him sitting or standing but no luck .
Then we headed to find Nayantara and how we saw her chasing a fully grown deer, Nayantara just missed him, he got injury on the leg but managed to escape.
Soon after that we went back to find the same subadult male cub and luckily spotted him on the road walking towards us, afterwords Mr Cub rested for around 10 mins gave us poses and and then started moving towards our jeep his fearless confident walk towards us scared all us a bit but that’s what we went to see...
It was a super thrilling experience
